They use the pool, fitness center, and courts regularly—and don’t miss clubhouse dining or nightlife because that wasn’t their priority.

The buyers who struggle usually expected more lifestyle than Tuscany North is designed to provide, or they underestimated the cost of updating a resale home. It’s not a resort community—and it’s not trying to be.
