Saturnia hero background

Saturnia

An established gated all-ages family community in West Boca Raton with 414 single-family homes, A-rated schools directly across the street, resort amenities, and low HOA dues—no golf.

Most buyers look at this community when they want newer construction with gated security and family-focused amenities. It works best if you value predictability and low-maintenance living. The tradeoff is HOA rules and less flexibility compared to non-HOA neighborhoods.

Saturnia: Gated Family Living with A-Rated Schools at the Gate

Most buyers look at Saturnia for one reason above all: the A-rated schools are directly across the street. It's a gated West Boca family community where school zoning, space, and low HOA dues line up.

This works best if you're a family relocating to West Boca who prioritizes schools and wants a larger single-family home, generally in the $700Ks to ~$1.6M.

The tradeoff is age and location. Homes are late-1990s (some need updating), and this is suburban West Boca. If you want new construction, look at Lotus Palm or Lotus Edge.

Rachel's Perspective

Saturnia is my go-to when a family says "schools are everything." Having A-rated schools at the gate is a genuine, durable advantage, and the homes are larger than many peers. Condition varies with late-1990s construction. If it's on your list, I'll pull current listings by size and condition and compare it against Boca Isles and Mission Bay.
